Lifeline begins with community awareness and involvement, contacting pastors and civic leaders to assess need.
Living Free Training
Living Free training is scheduled in a neutral location, encouraging involvement of all denominations.
Core Team
A Core Team of volunteers in recruited from the Living Free seminar and trained as facilitators.
Master Plan
A Master Plan is formulated by the Core Team as a vision statement for the local Lifeline.
Community or Program Based?
Community-based Lifelines are volunteer led; Living Free provides oversight. Program-based Lifelines have a full-time director and may own property; Teen Challenge provides oversight. The needs of a specific community will dictate which type of Lifeline will work best for each location.
